As a Junior PPC Specialist, you will execute traffic acquisition across multiple verticals, including but not limited to auto, health, finance, and technology.

As part of our rapidly growing marketing team, this position will play a critical role in developing and scaling our digital marketing efforts. You will work alongside a team of exceptional growth marketers and be accountable for meeting traffic, revenue, ad spend, and profit goals. You will learn and develop your PPC & digital marketing skills with the help of our experienced team.

No experience in PPC is required, and new college graduates interested in this field are encouraged to apply.

What You Do

  • Own revenue, traffic quality & profit targets
  • Manage day-to-day execution
  • Manage a portfolio of performance search marketing campaigns across multiple verticals and a wide variety of traffic sources, including Search, Display & Native
  • Conduct hands-on bid optimization
  • Develop and implement strategies for keyword bidding, keyword selection and match type, account structure, quality score optimizations, audience testing, ad copy testing to meet and exceed ROI targets
  • Communicate A/B test results and recommendations from programs with the team and senior leadership
  • Prioritize execution strategy based on revenue potential
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging capabilities in the digital landscape

What You Bring

  • Exceptional analytical abilities with great attention to details
  • Ability to identify trends and turn data into actionable business insights and hypothesis
  • Excellent ad copywriting, editing, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience managing paid campaigns across multiple sources, including but not limited to: Facebook, Google (Search, YouTube, Display), Microsoft Ads
  • Experience performing keyword research and a solid understanding of the marketplace
  • Ad creative development for social and native sources
  • Ability to identify, react and understand the continually shifting digital advertising climate
  • Moderate proficiency in Excel and SQL is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., economics, statistics, mathematics), marketing, or journalism
